1. Introduction

Welcome to Coffix (coffixbd.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, products, and website. By accessing or using Coffix’s services and website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Coffix provides coffee machine sales, maintenance services, accessories, coffee beans, and barista training. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Product Warranty

Our coffee machines come with a standard warranty period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance instructions is not covered.

4. Training Services

Barista training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Training certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full for products at the time of purchase. Service contracts and training programs may be paid in installments as agreed upon in writing. All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Custom orders and opened consumables cannot be returned. Service contracts may be terminated with 30 days’ notice, subject to pro-rata refund.

7. Privacy & Data

8. Liability

Coffix’s liability is limited to the value of products or services purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of business income resulting from the use of our products or services.
